These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company TECHNICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE COSMETICS (ITREC), owner of the mark ADAMENCE, Ltd. with capital of 75,000 euros, with registered office at 8, Rue JP Papon 06300 NICE - France, registered with the Trade and Companies under number NICE 379 104 334 hereinafter ITREC and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website ITREC hereinafter "buyer".


These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between buyer and ITREC and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the online shop of ITREC that the buyer either professional or consumer.

The acquisition of property or services through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by ITREC.

ITREC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of goods and services

Products and services are those listed in the catalog published on the site of ITREC.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.

Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier for some of them, labeled DF, the buyer can access the vendor's documentation.

The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product, especially with regard to color.

Prices in this catalog are priced in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order in the country from our headquarters, and any rate change will be reflected in the price of goods or services.

ITREC reserves to change prices at any time, except that the prices contained in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer.

The prices include the cost of processing orders, but do not include transportation and delivery if they occur in the geographical areas set out below.

Buyers, non-professional individuals qualify for a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product in the original condition of the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return postage.

Payment Terms

The price is payable to the order.

In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made with the carrier within three days after delivery.

Delivery times are only indicative and if they exceed thirty days
of the order, the contract may be terminated and the buyer paid.

Filing - Proof

ITREC archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of section 1348 of the Civil Code.

The computerized records of ITREC be deemed by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and other transactions between the parties.

Dispute Resolution

These conditions of online sales are subject to French law.
